Aqar Georgia in Tashkent: invited by Mira Developments to the Uzbekistan golf project

Aqar Georgia is in Tashkent at the invitation of Mira Developments, on a broker programme for the developer’s new project in Uzbekistan. The scheme is presented as a mixed-use resort: a 27-hole championship golf course, luxury apartments and villas, a five-star hotel, a longevity-focused medical hotel, plus a kindergarten, an English school and a university of architecture and AI. Prices, payment plans and handover dates have not been published. The visit is for briefing, not for sales. Mira Developments is the UAE developer we work with in Georgia on Mira Verde, in the hills above Tbilisi: a branded community with golf, apartments and villas, and an 8% return guaranteed for 10 years under the project contract. We are in Tashkent to follow the developer’s expansion and to meet the sales team and brokers on the ground.
